WHAT’S HAPPENING IN OCTOBER
Sun, Oct 26th - Family Sunday Potluck @ 5:15pm Join us at the White’s following the PM gathering for food, fellowship, and celebrating our October birthdays! Please bring a side dish to share for 6-8 people (last name A-M = salad/veggie; N-Z = fruit).
Thurs, Oct 30th - Love it Local Volunteer Opportunity: Jackson Elementary Trunk or Treat Mark your calendars! Jackson Elementary is looking for candy donations and volunteers to help run this event from 4:00-5:30pm. This is a great way for us to show our love for Jesus by serving People + Place. Our church will be providing six decorated car trunks for the event — classic cars or your own private vehicle will do! We also need folks to serve as greeters & candy runners (6 volunteers). Please text Heidi if you’d like to volunteer your vehicle or help during the event.
Fri, Oct 31st - Love Your Neighbors Night Show some Halloween hospitality wherever you call home!
WSM Youth Wednesdays @ 6:00pm: For 6th-12th grade students, we are partnering this year with The Well’s Student Ministry (WSM) gathering on Wednesday nights from 6-8:15pm. Dinner is at 6pm, with games, worship, Bible teaching, and small group sharing to follow starting at 6:30pm. Want a ride? Meet at the White’s home at 5:30pm! Otherwise, we’ll see you there! - 4545 N. Palm Ave.
Wednesday’s @ 6:30pm: Happy Hour Bible Study - Join us as we study God’s word together at the Frappe House (2777 E. Nees) from 6:30-8:00pm. Text Calida at 559.908.0645 for questions or details.
